Ok people dont freak out ! I LOVE Priya, and even more than that I LOVE Sakshi ever since her KGGK days...but I just noticed something in the last couple of episodes.

I feel as if she comes off a little 'mean' ? I guess you could say. And at the same time depressed/tired. Especially when it comes to Ram ( poor guy 😆) I mean lets face it BOTH of them are being forced to marry the other, and BOTH dont really prefer the company of the other. Ram is nice about it, but Priya just seems a little extra sad/bit*hy.

For example:

-Today's episode where Ram tells her not to call him cute... 😆 She gets all serious and walks away !

-When she starts crying, and lecturing Ram about how he considers her a 'katputhli' I mean its not the guys fault ! If your going to say anything go say it to your brother or that NUTS🤢

I dont know ! Maybe I'm paranoid... or imagining it... or maybe it's apart of her role. Cause at times she comes off like she doesn't mind marrying Ram ( In the scene where Ram and her chose the date of the wedding..and how they were smiling back at one another 😳 So cute ! ) and at other times it seems as if she'd rather hang herself than marry Ram. I mean the guy isn't that bad ! Cheer up Priya !!😛😉

i guess this is the preoducers way of portraying the sterotype that she is middle aged, unmarried and frustrated! why is it the storylines can evolve to include frequent use of english and sexual content but the mind set of the characters always digresses?...to the same old a woman is incomplete unless she is married!!!!
very sad indeed.

Priya defo is depressed at times, Bitchy and Frustrated for sure. More than all that at time she comes across bit arrogant or proud. It could be just to me and not to others.

She is supposed to be 33. Set in her ways and now marrying some dude she did not care to marry and all this for what? her silly bro who is marrying a psycho. 😈

i think that is cause of she always dremt for a nice guy who will care for her,who will love her,who will romantic as she is-----but when you come to ram there is nothing like that

lil bit diasapoint----but this disapointment will give her boundless happiness then i wish she will be happy

I think the character is portrayed correctly, she is 33 and unmarried, more importantly lost her love, therefore not very happy about life, and then she has a crazy mom and insecure father... so I believe she does not have much to smile about... The part about the marriage although it is a stereotype. it is a serious issue, Indian families regardless of where they live - have not moved on from the girl has to be married to be happy ... the focus is still not on girls need to be independent.. it is always that the girls need to be married so I think the character is correctly portrayed

I was also wondering why she is so irritable with Ram especially as she was quite happy and peaceful when she met the person(Shruthi's friend) at the hotel and also with the person she was supposed to get engaged to. Ram is so kind and understanding so why why ???

Thats exactly whats bugging me..he's so cute. and actually tries to make her happy !

And I dont know why you guys are saying 33 is middle aged :S... In real that isn't that old ! 😆 lol...half of the bollywood actresses today are near that age or older...but would anyone even dare call them MIDDLE AGED ! 😲...their still teenagers in the eyes of the world 😆

We cannot blame the teens . After all in the teens anything above 30 sounds ancient.

I agree with you 33 is hardly middle age... And as we get older , we realize it only too well.
