Priya was said to work for NGO, so are NGOs into teaching TOEFL? Priya is also "A very level headed female", if so then she would have told her sister that she is not going to be judged based on the guady yellow bracelet but based on her beautiful face. She is also "Is comfortable with her own self and feels that she doesn't need anyone to complete her life " then why so her being depressed when mama doesn't acknowledge her?
No where in the promos did we see any negativity, infact the official synopsis says "His mother is at the center of his life" and "respects his mother to the heights of devotion" so this leads us to believe that he has a loving mother who adores her little boy (well not little but he is apple of her eye).
Ok this is the official version of how they meet, "But as fate would have it, they bump into each other through a minor car accident which hurts their egos more than their vehicles and then after a series of miscommunications and misunderstandings, destiny contrives once again to get the two married." Lets see if this is true. By the way if Priya has a car, why was she traipsing around on foot from mandi to mandi?
It would have been nice to see instead of Vikram arranging a blind date it is her mother who meets Sakshi over some charity event and decides that this is the girl for her darling bade beta.
One bad mom is ok but two is a bit too much. Why cannot we see happy families on TV? Parents who are proud of their kids achievement, parents who would rather educate their daughter then get them married and show that happiness is not achieved by gaining materialistic things.
Yet it doesn't matter how these two get together I hoping that we do get to see glimpses of their married life as they showed in the promos, that they are shown happily married...that age does not define love and that family issues does not ruin relationships...just like the song "Tera Mera Saath Rahe...
Tera Mera Saath Rahe
Dhoop Ho, Chaya Ho, Din Ho Ki Raat Rahe
Tera Mera Saath Rahe"
