Basically im gonna give a really quick version

Astha is from a normal middle class family with a useless brother, a modeling wanna be sister and a sister in a wheel chair who is really sweet. She kinda runs here maayka. Anyway one night to protect her modeling sister she runs into this guy subh who is from one of the rich families. He falls for her like rite there and it takes astha like 2 epis i think to fall for him. Subhs brother are really beast like and one of them sets up his marriage for businesses deal. However his father and sister approve of Astha and he calls the engagnment off and leaves home in order to marry Astha. His father makes everyone see reason adn they welcome him back to the family and he marries astha. The only 2 people that dont like astha at the moment is his brother Suksham and his wife. They think she is beneath them and all that. So they are living a happily married life but Subh is always sneaking out to this place called Theseri manzil. It happens to be where his oldest brother his hidden away (swayam) and that is because at certain nights he dress like a prostetue girl. It turns out he was in lve with this girl Payal who was a prostitue and his grandfather dissapproved. Swayam didnt care and one night went to see and her and saw her die. Since then her spirit enters him on certain nights. Subh's dad sends astha to help him and viola he is suddenly better. It the real twist is that Payal looks exactly like Astha and Swayam believes that they are married. Now they would have told the truth to him but Subh's mom is insane saying that if they tell him now, he will go back to they way he used to be in Thesri manzil. So now astha is pretending to be payal which is torturing her and subh. Oh pratham bai is in love with a girl who is in love with the family's money and swayam is trying to expose that with astha and subh's help. sry for any mistakes i bound to make some but that is the jist of it. i hope it helped!!!

why did astha call her dad uncle?? because its not aastha anymore its payal..basically payal (swayams ex-gf. who died is still alive) kidnapped aastha and took her place so when swayam supposedly got married to aastha it was really payal, and when payal saw aasthas dad she called him uncle.
what's shubh trying to do ??-- he is now trying too find out where aastha is secretly
wheres shubh driving to in a hurry?? again most likely he was trying to find aastha by driving to pritamghar where payal stayed (it was a kotha)
does everyone kno about swayams past?? yes
what did astha mean by the familys reputation has all ready been at stake or something like that?? -- um dont know that one..sorry😳
many questions i kno but please answer them i missed a few epis of BKACN.
