Im wondering if Payal hit Aastha at the mandir and Aastha is only regaining conciousness now then how does Payal know so much? She knows every little intimate detail about Aastha and the Ranawats and Aastha's parents? How is this possible?

yea that's what i don't get, how does she know about that ring?

at first i thought that aasta had told her everything and asked for help, but no she was kidnapped, so this doesn't make sense at all.

that was my first thought too that if payal hit aastha on her head then how did payal know everything that has happened in the past
