Okay, I withdraw my vicious comments about Bharti - for once, she proved me wrong. embarrassed smiley

At the end of today's episode, she told her entire family - Murli, Dhara, Kamansi, Gau, Chimp-ti, everybody that she had landed up in hospital, and the doc told her that only one of them i.e. she or her baby would survive.

At this point, I can sympathize w/ her, since she's not trying to be mahaan, but honestly sharing the situation w/ everyone else. I was thinking they might have delayed her breaking this news on a/c of the marriage, but she gave them the news right now 👍🏼 Hopefully, she'll get the support of the family, and Chimp-ti & Gau will stop plotting against her, since they now know that one of them won't survive. crying smiley

Looks like if the CVs do this right, they could come up w/ a rivetting storyline over Bharti's choices, and the reaction of all family members.

@Vrish - You don't think that this is her imagining what everybody's reaction will be when she gives them the news. Because I saw her praying God to give her strength and courage to face the family and answer their questions as to where she was for the past few hours and then she breaks this news ??

May be she did break the news or may be she did n't. But the promo showed her making up her mind to keep the baby. Tomorrow's episode would probably answer my questions.

I only watched todays epi after reading Vrish's comment above about Bharti telling everyone. But like kt25 I'm also wondering if Bharti has just imagined that entire last scene?

Otherwise the promo makes no sense. How is she going to continue with the pregnancy after letting everyone know what it means for her? What, she going to do? convinced everyone to let her execute her plan?? In which case I'm not sure who'd be more mad. Bharti or them! 😆

But if indeed it isn't a figment of Bharti's imagination then the repercussions of this revelation will make for riveting viewing. And if it is, then 🤬 the CVS, I'm out of here!😡

oh man how u r still watching LD 😲 ... i too strongly think that this is bharti's dream 😆 ...

& what is bhart's problem actually.. in the promo doc says she could not survive during delivery due to her dwarfness but in reality such woman also have children, i have seen one and her daughter also a midget 😆 ...or does these complications raised coz of falling down on street 🤔 ...if its the latter then bharti no need to have this much of dilemma , i strongly recommend she must share it with her family then abort ... may be she can cry for a few months after that she will conceive again 😆 ..but if former was the case then in my pov she should not disclose it to murli or anybody ... if todays wasnt a dream then i would say bharti is not just a mahaan but worse than a normal woman 😈 ... no woman would prefer to do it 😡 especially in bharti's case it will be totally unacceptable imo 😡 ... it is obvious that they will ask her to abort her fetus not kill herself and give them baby 😆 ..so the only option left for bharli would be to have a child with surrogate mother (no idea whether there are any other options 🤔 ) which is nothing but cruelty on poor woman 😡 ... hope bharti doesnt do that 😡 then there cannot be a more selfish human than bharti 🤬 or if they prefer to be childless then also bharti would seem like a selfish character only ...& no sympathy for bharti only murli has to be a bechara for all his life 😆

@kt25, exactly...so i have decided, i am not guessing any thing right now...

if she has really informed murli and the rest of her folks about the truth, thats excellent...
if she hides it from them and they get to know through the doctor at a later stage of her pregnancy, that too is acceptable for me...though its hard to imagine in real life that a woman can successfully hide the complications from her spouse, but i am ready to give that margin to bharti, considering her special situation...

personally, i am for saving the mom...but as fuzzy has said in the other thread, every mom would like her child to be saved first...thats just natural...no debate about that...

it will bring murli's world upside down...there are chances of watching some high class drama between the two of them...

Well going with the discussions here...I agree with Kt25 & Rakhie...I don't think Bharti might have said anything to the Lal family. I guess it might be a dream otherwise how will the latest promo work... Looking at her past record of her dreaming of telling the family about Gau's intentions looks the same right now. However she did tell Murli later. So maybe she might share this with Murli later. But honestly I don't think Bharti will reveal this truth to anyone. If she does then as Vrish says, I'll be happy to be proved wrong

Well Jas, surrogate motherhood is not the only option dear. There are other options too like haiving a Test-tube baby later. Bharti needs to discuss this with Murli so they can consult a doctor & together find a solution later on. The medical field has progressed a lot, so we might not be knowing about the other options available. Bharti can have the child aborted this time & try later on with the other options as per the doctor's suggestions but only if the CVs give permission for this😆

If Bharti no longer remains Mahaan & all that stuff then there are chances for me to start watching the serial again otherwise NO WAY!!!

Afaik, a test tube baby still requires that the zygote be implanted in the uterus. If it's the wife's uterus, then it's like a normal birth, except for the artificial fertilization, but nothing else is different, and Bharti would probably go thru the same health issues she's going thru now. If it's a surrogate mother, then the baby would genetically be Bharli's, and the surrogate mom would have nothing to do w/ it, other than the physiological changes any pregnant woman undergoes. Question is - how easy is it to find one? In Jyoti, they could have done that, instead of going the KZK route.

As you say, medical science has progressed a lot and there may be other options I'm not aware of, so maybe they could show that. I'm however not confident that a show that still shows the 'ma ya bachcha' option is going to research this and show it properly.

This would still require Bharti to carry the baby. IVF simply means to extract the healthy eggs and sperm and fertilise them in a 'test tube' before replacing back into the woman. In that respect it is essentially the same as what has already happened.

Surrogacy is an option, but I would be very surprised if CVS show us any of this. What can we expect from a show that gives us vague 'intimacy issues' and even more vague 'complications'?!

If this isn't a dream (and I'm betting it is!), then I hope someone remembers to ask Bharti why she was outside in the first place? And Bharti should stop being mahan and tell everyone exactly what happened between her and Gau. Seriously, you'd think she's realise by now that protecting people like Gau gets you nowhere.

I'm waiting for Bharti to stop being mahan too. But will that happen? Has hell frozen over yet?😉
