The much awaited Part 2

Before Saachi left,she turned around and hugged Shreya who wiped Saachi's tears anbid her goodbye,wishing her all the best.Saachi ran all the wa to Shravan's house,recalling the time when she had run all the way thinking that Shravan was going to commit suicide but he had fooled her then.She rang the doorbell and she saw a small kid who had stopped her.Nidhi and Neeta was pleasantly surprised to see Saachi and both of them ran towards her and hugged her.

Saachi:Bhabhi,yeh..

Nidhi:Yeh hai Siddharth urf Sid,mera beta..Do saal ka ho gaya hain!!Lekin hum dono toh tumse aur Shravan se bohat naaraaz hain!!

Saachi:Shravanji se?Kyun?

Neeta:Saachi,tumhe toh sab yaad aagayi?

Nidhi:Dekha Neeta,Shravan ka pyaar sacha hai!!

Neeta:Woh toh hain bhabhi kyunki Shravan toh apni Saachi se bohat pyaar jo karta hai aur sirf wohi toh hain jo kehte aaya tha ki ek din,Saachi apni Shravanji ko dhoondhthe zaroor aayegi..And what a coincidence,Shravan bas kuch hi ghanto mein yaha pohanchega Mumbai se..(told Saachi what had happened in these 2 years)

Just then,Madhura,Dadi and Pratap had just arrived home from the temple.Madhura and Dadi were so ecstatic to meet Saachi and so was Pratap.

Madhura:Agar main kuch aur bhi maang leti toh shayad mujhe woh bhi miljaati...

Dadi:Kaash Bittoo bhi yaha hota toh kitna acha hota..

Neeta:Dadi,woh bhi hoga,bas thoda sa intezaar karna padega aur aapko na aapke bed par bhi letna padega..

Madhura:Kya matlab?

Neeta:Dadi,hum dono ne Shravan ko phone kiya tha aur usse yahaa pe bulaa liya tha yeh keh kar ki aapki tabiyat bohat kharaab hai aur aap Shravan ko akhri baar dekhna chahthe hai..

Pratap:Neeta,yeh sab tum dono..

Nidhi:Papa,aap please kuch matt kahiye..Shravan ne naahi mujhe ya Sid ko dekhne ke liye aaya tha inn do saalon mein..Yeh toh bas ek choti si shararat hai aur kuch nahin..

Madhura:Tum dono toh bilkul Maa par gayi hai..Aao Saachi,baitho...

~Night Time~

Shravan reached home and rushed to Dadi's room,only to find her chit-chatting with Neeta and Madhura.Upon seeing Shravan,they tried to change the topic but Shravan had caught them red-handed and got irritated and left the room but Neeta stopped him outside.

Neeta:This is not done,Shravan..We all wanted to see you badly!!

Shravan:Bhabhi,please...

Neeta:Toh hum kya karte??Tum toh yeh keh kar gaye the ki tum kabhi wapas iss ghar mein kadam nahin rakhoge..Aur humaare paas koi chaara nahin tha..And come on,it's the season of love,it's Valentine's day..Aur..

Shravan:Bhabhi,jab bhi main yahaa rehtha hoon,toh mujhe Saachi har jagah par dikhaayi deta hain..Aur Saachi ke bina main koi Valentine's nahin manana chahtha..Leave me alone,main apne kamre mein jaa raha hoon...

Neeta:Arre nahin..

Shravan:Kyun?Main apne kamre mein bhi nahin jaa sakta?

Neeta:(saw Nidhi coming out of Shravan's room)Tum jaao apne kamre mein..Jaao!!(heaved a deep sigh of relief and prayed for her's and Nidhi's plan to be a sucess)All set,bhabhi?

Nidhi:(nodded)Kamra toh sajaa diya hai..Saachi ko mandir bhi bhej diya hain..Everything's set!!

Neeta:Awesome..!!(smiled widely at Nidhi and had a Hi-5 moment with her)

~Shravan's room~

Shravan:(murmured to himself)Bata nahin ki yeh Neeta bhabhi ko kya ho ga-ya..OMG,what the...Bhabhi!!!!!!

Nidhi:Bulaava aa gayi hain..Chalo!!(Neeta nodded and both of them rushed cutely to Shravan's room)

Neeta:Kya hai Shravan?

Nidhi:Haan Shravan,kya hua tujhe?

Shravan:Aap dono mujhse pooch rahe ho?Mre bed par yeh gulaab ki decorations??Aur yeh..yeh sab kisne likha tha?Agar yeh aapki shararat hai toh yeh bohat buri hai!!

Neeta:Yeh toh humne nahin kiya tha..Shayad woh ladki ne...

Shravan:Kaun ladki?Wait a sec,aapne koi anjaan ladki ko kaise mere kamre mein gussne diya?Kahin Maa aur Papa ne toh phir se meri doosri shaadi karwaane ki koshish toh nahin kar rahe hai,hain na?

Nidhi:Woh sab toh humein nahin bata..

Shravan:Kya hai yeh sab Nidhi dear?Main aap dono se saaf saaf keh deta hoon ki iss kamre mein mere aur Saachi ki ilaava koi nahin..

Neeta:Ek minute,,Yaha bed par kya likha hai Shravan?

Shravan:I love you Shravanji...

Nidhi:Aur aapko kaun Shravanji kehke pukaar thi hai?

Shravan:(widened his eyes in shock)Saachi!!Bhabhi,woh yaha aayi thi?Kaha hai woh?Kaha hai woh,bhabhi??

Nidhi:Itni jaldi bhi kya hai?

Neeta:Uffo,samjha karo bhabhi..Kabse Shravan iss din ke liye intezaar kar raha hai?

Shravan:Bhabhi,yeh sapna toh nahin hain na?(Neeta and Nidhi pinched him on his hands and giggled)Ouch!!

Nidhi:Ab yakeen ho gaya hai?

Neeta:Ab jaldi pohancho mandir mein..Woh tumhari intezaar kar rahi hain!!Jahaa tumne usse lekar gaye the raat ko..Ek minute,tum aise jaaoge?Ok bhabhi,hum use kuch madat karta hain choose karne mein..(opened his wardrobe and began to fight over the colour combination while Shravan tried to follow their quarrel but simply shook his head)

Shravan:Aap dono ki behas aur tezi se chalaao..Main yeh black shirt pehenkar jaa raha hoon..Bye!!

Nidhi:Arre sunn..(smiled widely at Neeta,winking at her)

Neeta:I'm so happy for him..(Nidhi nodded in excitement)

~Mandir~

Shravan had parked his bike near the mandir.He quickly took off his helmet and before he rushed inside,he went back to look at his bike's rear mirror and adjusted his hair.He smiled and quickly rushed up the stairs and began to search for Saachi.He walked in front and just as he turned to his right,he saw his dear Saachi adorned in a red bridal saree having closed her eyes and praying to God.He simply couldn't take his eyes off her and gazed at her.Soon,he saw everyone else,one by one,leaving the mandir.He saw a priest and talked him into getting him and Saachi married.Initially,rhe priest grew reluctant but upon offering some money,the priest agreed.

Meanwhile,Shravan prayed before God and he soon left from there to make a conference call to Bunty,Viren and Shreya and all of them agreed to reach the temple within an hour's time.Shravan went back to the temple and waited patiently for Saachi to complete her prayers.After some time,he saw Saachi having completed her prayers and he called o to her,and Saachi turned around.She saw Shravan standing at a pillar far from her and gazing at her,and she closed her eyes,feeling so remorseful for what she must have said to hurt her hubby in the phase of her memory loss.Upon seeing Saachi's tears,Shravan was about to run toher but he saw Saachi wiping her tears and running to him,stopping a few inches before him.She couldn't stop herself from looking at and losing herself in his eyes,neither did her tears stop.

Shravan:Saachi...

Saachi:I'm sorry,Shravanji..(her eyes welled up and she hit her head)Main itni badi dumbo kaise ho sakti hoon ki main aapko bhula diya tha aur na jaana kya kuch nahin kaha..Kitni takleef diya maine aapko,kya aap mujhe kabhi maaf karpaayenge?

Shravan:(smiled innocently at her)Takleef toh ab tak thi par ab jab tumhari awaaz se apna naam sunn liya toh saare takleef door ho chuka hain Saachi..Maine bhi toh tumhe bohat dard diya tha lekin ab nahin..Tumhe bata hai ki ab main pap ki office mein ek junior manager hoon aur..

Saachi:Shreya ne mujhe sab kuch bata diya tha...Aap mujhse itna pyaar karte hai ki aapne mere khushi ke liye talaaq papers par sign kar diya tha?Aur aapne apne ghar chod diya tha??(Shravan caressed Saachi's cheek and wiped her tears)Aur main..Main kya karne jaa rahi thi?Agar aaj mujhe kuch bhi yaad nahin aati toh shayad aaj main aapse hamesha hamesha ke liye door chali jaati...

Shravan:Aise kaise door chali jaati tum?Tumhe yaad hai kaise hum dono ek doosre se contract shaadi ke liye raazi ho gaye the?Tumhari rabb ne hum dono ko kaise milaaya tha iss pyaar ki rishthe se?Tumhe kitni vishwaas hai unn par toh woh kaise hum dono ko alag karte,Saachi?(walked towards the idol of God and thanked God for returning Saachi to him and Shravan turned to Saachi)Mujhe apne se zyaada tum par aur humaare pyaar par barosa hain!!Aur aaj..(knelt on a knee)Aaj se pehle kabhi tumse yeh nahin poocha tha Saachi par aaj pooch tha hoon..Saachi,main tumse bohat pyaar karta hoon,main jaanta hoon ki maine aaj tak tumhe sirf dard diya tha apni galtiyon se..Lekin aaj main tumse vaada karta hoon ke main inn galtiyon ko kam karne ki koshish karunga,agar tum mere saath doge toh..Kya tum mujhse shaadi karoge aur mere hi banke rahoge agle saath janmon ke liye,Saachi??

Bunty,Viren and Shreya were listening intently to Shravan proposing to Saachi,all eagerly waiting for Saachi to say Yes to Shravan.Saachi was getting teary-eyed and emotional for she had never thought that Shravan would propose to her in such a romantic manner.She knew that he would make mistakes his entire life even if she was with him but his mistakes make her feel so special and that's actually she loved about him.She loved him for making such mistakes which led to the beginning of their love story and self-discovery.She loved him for loving her back and giving her so much of importance in his life,making her feel so special.

Shravan:Saachi,itni bhi kya sochna?Mere ghutno mein dard ho raha hai..

Saachi:Oops,i'm so sorry Shravanji..(smiled widely and nodded in excitement)

Shravan:Kya Saachi?

Saachi:Shravanji,haan..Main aapse shaadi karungi!!

Shravan:Abhi karoge?

Saachi:Abhi???

Shravan:Haan..(searched his pocket for his ring but he couldn't find it)Oops!!

Saachi:Kya hua?

Shravan:Shayad main ring laana bhool gaya..(bit his tongue)Sorry!!

Saachi:(bursted out laughing)Shravanji,main aapka kya karoo??Toh aap mujhse shaadi nahin karenge??

Shravan:Saachi..(stood on his feet)I wanted everything to be perfect,Saachi..Sab kuch plan kar raha tha aur...

Saachi:Hhmm,soch lo Shravanji..Kya bata;jab aapka saara plan theekh se chale toh syahd main shaadi ke liye ready naa ho...

Shravan:Saachi....

Saachi:Jee haan...

Shravan:(held her hand)Chalo mere saath,Saachi!!(took the saath phere and got married while Shreya,Bunty and Viren threw rose petals over them to bless them)

Saachi:Shreya?

Shreya:Jeeju ne humein plan ke baarein mein khabar kiya tha aur hum pohanch bhi gaye..Waise jeeju,aap bohat zyaada romantic ho!!Khayr,Saachi di..Ghar par sab theekh hai;maa aur papa bohat khush hain ki aap khush ho aur woh dono kal aapse milne zaroor aayenge..Congratulations from all of us!!(resumed throwing rose petals at them)

Saachi:Shreya,thank you so much!!(hugged Shreya while Shravan excused himself to talk to Bunty and Viren)

Shravan:Thanks yaar..Saare plans last minute the aur..

Viren:Arre yaar,abtoh khush hona,aakhir tumhare pyaar ki jeet hua hain..

Shravan:Haan,aaj main sach much bohat khush hoon...

Bunty:Arre,itn saare khuiyon mein,tmhara vaada matt bhoolna..

Viren:Kaunsa vaada?

Shravan:Mamaji se baat karke iski aur Shreya ki baat pakki karne ke liye...Yaad hai mujhe,Bunty!!

Viren:Hhmm...Seriously yeh shaadi ke chakkar mein maine toh apna do saal barbaad kar diya hain intezaar karte karte par finally shaadi ke date fix ho gaya hain..Ab no problems,no tensions..

Shravan:Ok,baaki baatein baad mein..Ab tum log Shreya ko sahi salamat ghar drop karna aur mere bike ko bhi ghar par park kardena,ok?

Viren:Lekin tum aur Saachi bhabhi?

Shravan:(smiled winsomely)Romantic walk back home..Ab jaldi jaao!!

~Some Time Later~

Bunty dropped Viren home and then he dropped Shreya off with the promise of coming to her house real soon to ask for her hand in marriage with Shravan and Saachi.Shreya blushed and went inside while Bunty went to Shravan's house,informing his bhabhi about Shravan's and saachi's marriage at the mandir,with all the details inclusive of Shravan's ring-less proposal,literally cracking everyone up.Nidhi and Neeta decided to share the responsibility of decorating the hallway and Shravan's room respectively and both of them told the elders to take rest while they'll handle everything else.

Meanwhile,Shravan saw Saachi getting uncomfortable with all the jewelleries and walked towards her.He looked at her and shook his head.

Shravan:Itne saare zewer pehne ki kya zaroorat hai?

Saachi:Woh shaadi...

Shravan:Saachi,tum bohat khoobsurat ho lekin mujhe achi tarha se bata hain ke tumhe bohat jaldi rashes aa jaati hain jab tum itne zewer pehenthe ho aur woh bhi bohat dher ke liye..Main madat kar deta hoon..

Saachi:Nahin Shravanji,it's ok..Waise bhi hum ghar toh jaa rahe hain,hain na?Toh tab..

Shravan:Jaise tumhari marzi...(walked down the steps of the mandir and they started to walk side by side)

They were just chatting randomly,talking about their contract marriage and how they've fallen in trouble so many times,laughing over their mistakes.After some time,they just fell silent,enjoying the peace of the night and togetherness even in the moments of silence.Shravan gently touched her fingers,startling her and before she could react,he held onto her pinky finger.

Shravan:Kya hua Saachi?

Saachi:Kuch bhi toh nahin..(Shravan smiled to himself,knowing the effect he had on Saachi)

Both of them resumed walking,until Saachi felt the splatter of raindrops on her forehead.She quickly ran under a tree for shelter,letting go of Shravan's touch,leaving him in the rains.He looked at Saachi who was rubing her palms along her forearms while he enjoyed the cool,heavy rains as he spread his arms and turned around.Saachi had stopped rubbing her palms as she gazed at her hubby who was brushing his fingers through his hair and shaking his head.He attempted to invite Saachi to join him but she turned him down his offers outrightly.Saachi looked away and as she faced Shravan,she saw him walking closer towards her.Before she could move anywhere,Shravan placed both of his hands on either side of the tree,with Saachi in between,forcing her to look into his eyes.Saachi could feel Shravan's wet shirt as he stood really close to her and she quickly diverted his attention by pointing elsewhere and got away from his grip,getting wet in the rains.Shravan smiled widely at her but when Saachi teased him,he chased her around,which eventually led to Saachi falling in his arims after Shravan had pulled her towards him.Shravan had again missed his chance of kissing his wife when Saachi had started to cough mildly,only to realize that she had fooled him.Both of them then saw a guy selling coffee,recalling the time they had hot coffee in Mumbai and went to the guy to get 2 cups fo coffee.

The rains had stopped after a while and Saachi had dropped the paper cup in which coffee was served for it was too hot for her to hold and she had asked for another cup but Shravan pulled her aside to a corner with the intention of sharing his coffee with her.As she sipped her coffee,she saw him gazing at her and he gradually took a step at a time,towards her while she froze.He lowered the cup of coffee and kissed the edge of her lip,where there was some remains of coffee.Saachi closed her eyes and Shravan couldn't stop himself,kissing his wife's trembling lips after holding the hot cup of coffee away from them.Shravan withdrew himself from his first passionate kiss and smiled at Saachi who had instantly blushed.Shravan drank the coffee and threw the cup away in a nearby rubbish bin at one of the lamp post poles and soon,both headed for home.

~Jaiswal Mansion~

Shravan opened the door and both of them stood outside,stunned by the decorated hallway with candles.Saachi saw the kalashand kicked it to mark her re-entrance into the Jaiswal home and entered with Shravan.She hugged Shravan for decoratig the hallway for her.Shravan was clueless but he kpet quiet for he loved the attention that he was getting from Saachi.However,the secret wasn't maintained for a long time as Nidhi and Neeta scared them by shouting,"Surprise"!!

Neeta:Ahem Shravanji,yeh saari tayyaariyaan aapne kee thi?Kamaal hain..

Nidhi:Wohi toh Neeta;yaha hum dono itne decorations apne mehnat se kar rahe the aur yeh janaab ko saare credits mil raha hain..(Shravan grinned sheepishly at Saachi)

Shravan:Woh Nidhi dear,chodiye na..You are the best!!Par maine toh socha tha ki aap sab toh so chuke honge...

Dadi:Tumhe itni jaldi bhi kya hai??

Neeta:Dadi??Maa aur Papa,aap bhi?

Nidhi:Par sab log hai kahaa pe?(Neeta gestured to Shravan,Nidhi and Saachi to look upstairs where Dadi,Madhura and Pratap were throwing rose petals from a basket from above,wishing everyone Happy Valentine's Day)

Pratap:Kyun Neeta?Humaari bahu ghar pravesh kar rahi hain aur tum hum sab ko sulaane ki koshish mein lage ho?

Neeta:Sorry Papa..Woh kya hain,maine toh socha tha ki mujhe ek mauka mil jaayegi Shravan ki kichaayi karne ke liye..Bohat mazaa aati hai Shravan ko chedne mein,khas kar uske proposal ko lekar...Par saara plan to chopat ho gayi na,Papa...

Nidhi:(whispered to Neeta)Koi baat nahin hain,Neeta..Yeh mauka baar baar aayegi aur hum thodi na usse aise jaane denge...(winked at Neeta)

Shravan:Yeh kya ho raha hain??

Neeta:Kuch nahin..It's just girl talk,Shravan...Khayr,Saachi aur Shravan badhaai ho...Shaadi jo ho gayi hain!!!(Soon,Shravan and Saachi sought the blessings of everyone who had come down)

Shravan:Main bas chnge karke aata hoon...

Dadi:Arre!!!(Shravan rushed to his room to get changed)

Neeta:Shravan ka kuch nahin ho sakta...Saachi bhi toh bheegi hai!!Nice romantic dance in the rain,kyun Saachi??(Saachi grew red in her cheeks and Dadi pinched them lightly)

Pratap:Acha,sab log ab mere bete ar bahu ko tang matt karna...Bohat raat ho chuka hain,ab sab log jaa kar so jaao!!(Everyone agreed and left to their rooms,except for Nidhi and Neeta who brought Saachi to the kitchen to talk about her first night but Saachi grew extremely embarassed;she took the jug of water and went to Shravan's room)
