well they are making me work

because
yesterday my boss asked me few things i'll write down the whole dialogue in front of you all

boss: ankita how much have you contributed to the bottom line of the company
what is the revenue

ankita: thinking to herself but i am not directly responsible for the bottom line but since she cannot say this to her boss she just smiles a stupid smile

boss: why are you laughing how can u even think of not coming to office
ankita :but iam serving notice period ..
'boss : so what ....
ankita : but sir
boss : no buts do you want your salary or not
ankita: yes sir

so thats how i got stuck on christmas day in office
