There's no defined "evil" person in her family, but the nani is a lil grey (metaphorically as well as literally😆). She doesn't like the fact that mama-mami have invested so much in to Sanchi who isn't their own daughter and so keeps on taunting her. So it seems that Nani is the only one who doesn't like her in family.
