I dont think it's anything to do with harshad's wife because when they wanted to gift for dimple's engagement, harshad said ye gifts tumhare(his wife ke) parents ke naam se bhejoonga, so if baa had a prob with her, they wudnt do tht. Maybe Harshad made lot of money and wanted them to get a bigger/renovated house or maybe live life acc to his own terms like sometimes ba's restrictions r too much like no bringing outside food at all or whenever non-veg is mentioned, it's like a crime, and stuff lik tht
