I was really looking forward to watching remote control... It would help us in filling the Void created by Baa Bahu aur Baby ... especially since it has our dear gattu ...

I don't mind if you guys carry out Remote Control discussions in here as its forum has been closed ji. If the videos can't be uploaded na, just discuss why you guys loved this show. Tell me why I should watch it over my break, convince me ji! For now I'll leave it up.

EPISODE 1 WRITTEN UPDATE:

On their 21st wedding anniversary, Babulnath and Baari wake up early morning and exchange gifts without their children (Bunty and Bubbly) knowing about it. They wonder whether the children would remember their anniversary at all. Sadly none of them remember. Disappointed but raring to celebrate on their own, they practically ask their children to leave the house at earliest. But Bunty and Bubbly eventually remember it and decide to give their parents a surprise party at a coffee shop on their own. At night they surprise their parents by wishing them with a greeting card and drag them to a coffee shop. The family enjoys the coffee in a sleek atmosphere but Bunty gets a shock to see the bill. He had not accounted for the VAT surcharge on the bill and he is short of money. Baari eventually saves them by paying the remaining amount she always carries in case of an emergency. As they leave the shop a stranger sitting at the same coffee shop, who can predict the future, predicts the drastic change that beholds Babulnath's family future.

EPISODE 2 Written update:

PART 1
Babulnath and Baari purchase a television set for the first time in their life, surrendering to their children's constant demands. They settle for the smallest TV in the shop, much to the irritation of the children and the salesman. Eventually the parents buy a TV set without a remote control. Next day the Cable operator arrives at Babul's residence to adjust the channels. He adjusts all excluding a channel by the name of Golden Eye.

PART 2
Golden eye channel is introduced as a channel that's going through a rough patch. The channel has a bad reputation because of showing adult movies at late night slot. The channel naturally has low trps and is on verge of closure.
This is the last chance for the new channel head Vaasu to put them back on track. Vaasu reveals his ambitious plans to get the channel on top. He announces that the channel should withdraw the adult oriented content, saying that a tired aam-aadmi, who returns home after work and sits in front of TV for relaxing can't stand such cheap content.

PART 3
Babulnaath and baari were unable to understand why cable operator didnt install golden eye channel.Actually the cable operator was unable to speak about the adult content in front of the family.Babulnaath came to know about channel's reality from his friend dino, while bari comes to know from radhabai.Both are in shock...they thought that they have made mistake by purchasing a TV. Meanwhile vaasu reveals his plan which was that the common man, who saw the world on TV till date, now the world is going to see him on the TV.⭐️

WRITTEN UPDATE:
There is a cricket match taking place between India and the West Indies and Bunty calls his chawl friends over to watch the match on his TV. As his friends are over in his small house, alterations are made in the sleeping arrangement. With the mother and daughter sleeping in the bedroom, there is no space for Babul, who begins his tour to get a good night's sleep. He wanders in the kitchen, then moves out, then goes to the tanker.
Meanwhile Bunty's friends put a bet on the match and Bunty loses. He is also guilty of causing inconvenience to his father, as his friends get dissatisfied with the small screen and no remote.

Episode 6

Golden Eye channel invites a numerology guru to re-name the channel to guarantee success. He names the channel and gives them a formula that ensures that they will be successful in their attempt. He emphasizes on the importance of the digit '9' and says that this number will bring them luck. Meanwhile Babulnath buys a lottery on the sly to fulfill his desire of becoming rich. Guruji says that the 9th person who enters their lottery shop will be the chosen candidate for their show.

Episode 7

Yet again Babulnath has lost the lottery and is very disappointed. Meanwhile the channel guys are chasing him, to note his characteristics and personality. Babulnath relaxes in a park with Dinu and expresses his intent of never buying a lottery again. He is firm and thinks it has been a waste of his time and money. Meanwhile Golden Eye channel head and the director are very keen and curious to know about Babulnath's other family members and send a team to spy on them. As soon as they know of Bunty and Bubbly, they are very excited and happy about it. Now they are eager to know how Mrs. Babulnath is. While all eyes are on her, some comedy of errors happens, where they misunderstand someone else to be Mrs. Babulnath.

Episode 8
Baari has gone to Nasik to attend some relative's function. The kids are very excited about New Year's Eve as preparations are going on in the chawl. They are keen that Babul also joins them. Babul heads to work and is amazed to see everybody's excitement concerning the New Year's Eve. He is of the belief that there is nothing to celebrate if the year comes to an end! Meanwhile at the Golden Eye channel office, Vasu is very curious to know how Babulnath's family would be celebrating New Year's and therefore asks the channel guys to spy on the family and give him a report. The spies reach the chawl and watch all the celebration. Babul wins the housie game and the kids insist that they want to have ice-cream. Babul, Bunty and Bubbly have a good time in their sweet little way confirming to the small-scale celebration at the chawl.

Episode 9 (Must Watch ⭐️ )
Babulnath and family plan to stitch new clothes. As an economical option Baari buys few meters of cloth and decides to stitch all their outfits from the same piece of cloth. She also calls a tailor home to stitch the clothes. Vasu and his team succeed in planting mikes in Babulnath's house. Vasu sends Jolly to see the house from inside to decide where the cameras should be set up. Jolly is disguised as a census survey person, but he is unhappy with the interiors of the house and insists that Vasu should shift the family into a larger and brighter house. Vasu does not seem convinced with the idea but is under pressure of launching the show and half heartedly agrees.
