Mayank can't order Rajan to shoot Tani. Meanwhile, Tani slinks away and manages to get hold of Babla, the kidney donor. Poor Babla is terrified but Tani convinces him that he has to testify the racket in cout the next day so that Ayush can be set free. Babla confirms that Rajan from Vardaan is part of the racket but there is one other person who is the mastermind behind the racket. Tani and Babla get out of Kamlawadi. Tani breaks the news excitedly to Ayush, Dr Seth and Mayank. Mayank seethes with anger! But all Tani can think of is that Ayush will finally get freed on her birthday, the next day! The day dawns and Tani goes to pick up Babla. The proceedings begin in the court and they all wait impatiently for Tani. But Tani and Babla are stopped by Rajan and Yadav. Rajan grabs Tani and makes a call to Mayank gloating about his success.Tani manges to hit back and luckily for her, a police jeep comes by. The phone falls and Rajan and Yadav escape! Tani goes with the police to file a report. But Babla gets to the court! Ayush is proven innocent! Babla manages to get his hands on the phone and later gives it to Tani. Tani checks the last call dialled..... she realises that Mayank is the Mastermind!

Tani cant believe that Mayank could be the Mastermind in thekidney scam!. She drives off, with Rajan and Yadav close on her trail. Ayush has planned a surprise b'day party for Tani and is very excited. He gets a call from Vardaan from Dr Kaavya, a new doctor who has come in to treat Bodhi. He invites her for the party. He wants Bodhi and Sonia to be there too, but Sonia feels rejected and Bodhi is not too happy with the party idea as Ayush has been spending too much of his time around Tani. In the midst of the party preparations, Mayank is tensed. Rajan calls Mayank as he desperately wants to shoot Tani off. Mayank explains a plan. Tani calls Ayush and tries to tell him everything but all Ayush wants to do is see her immediately.Tani arrives. The lights are shut off so as to spring a surprise on her. Tani enters..... Rajan is there too..... SURPRISE!.... a gun shot and the lights come on.... Tani is lying in a pool of blood in Ayush's arms!

Ayush screams as Tani falls almost dead in his arms. An ambulance is called for immediately! Meanwhile, Kaavya arrives outside and in the pandemoniun, bumps into the person with the gun! He fires at her and the bullet hits the car glass and broken shards of glass hit her face! She collapses. At Vardaan, Ayush watches over Tani who seems to be slipping away. He has to operate right away! Kaavya is also brought to the hospital and is recognised as the new doctor. ACP Khanna is on the case. This is an outright case of murder and he goes to investigate the scene of the crime. He is sure that both, Tani and Kaavya's cases are related and everybody present at the party is a a suspect! Babla is caught and taken to the ACP. Babla confirms that Tani knew about the kidney scam culprit thanks to a cell phone. Mayank gets tensed! Ayush tries all efforts to revive Tani..... Meanwhile, Kaavya gains consciousness and is ready to identify the killer!
