sorry dont know whether its the right place to ask this but i understood what you meant by that...
all you need to do is encase you youtube lin between the youtube tags i.e

[YOUTUBE]youtube link[/YOUTUBE]

after downloading the brushes unzip them to a folder if they are in zip form...

• then open your psp...go to file(on top)>>>import>>>custom brush

• a box will open from there click open and then select the place(folder) where you unziped your brushes...then ok
  
• you'll have your brushes added in the 1st box of the brushes:
• select add all...now you'll have you brushes in the box titled selected for import
• click ok and you are done!you'll have those brushes added up in your brush selection box
