If both banner sites fail, you can use Flaming Text. http://www3.flamingtext.com/net-fu/dynamic.cgi?script=outlin e-banner

1. Set text color, outline color, and background text color to 255/255/255

2. Set outline size to 1

3. Leave width/height as is

4. Check the transparent box and create your logo
