Hey friends,
before I start: We do not intend to attack anyone or point fingers at anyone with this post. We're describing the general situation of this section.
Today we - Khair, Amina and I - are making this announcement because of the current situation of the section: The copying issue is being discussed a lot at the moment.
We understand each of you who feels hurt because of his work being copied. We understand that some of you might be angry and make posts which tend to be a bit rude. Even when we see rude posts and should be sending out PM warnings or raise Warning Levels, we keep quiet. We try to help you as much as we can, whenever and wherever we can. And we are not bias. We don't support anyone because we're friends with him/her.
BUT what we don't support and will never support is members attacking the three of us. Some members have attacked us, which is wrong. We're the ones helping you guys. Some have the nerve to say we are not helping those whose work gets copied, because the copy cats are our friends. It's sad to hear and read this after such a long time. Some others did directly tell us how much they 'dislike' us.
Someone else said we're not understanding the difference between copy and inspiration. Let me tell you...we are...especially I am, believe me. I am still going through it daily - but still, I don't have the right and would never give myself the right to bash others.
We've seen some members exagerating. They've showed us their creations and other member's creations which are supposed to be copies. We've looked at those copies but realised that except for the way the pictures might have been put, nothing is the same. A copy means that several aspects need to be similar or the same. Some have begun to see a copy of their work in too many other creations - if that's the case, let me know and I'll see a copy in every other sig which has glitter and moving sparkles in it ;)
Friends, this section used to be a huge family and still is. The choice is Yours: Do you want to help us? Do you want all of us to find a solution together? Or do you wish to keep attacking us, dislike us and say not-so-nice things about the Dev.team?
One more request: Please send your concerns to me (Tumhari_Khushi), not to other sig makers. I am the one taking care of it and talking to all sides and I am the one who can possibly find a way out.
Therefore we have a new rule:
If you see any creation which looks like a copy, please PM me and send me the copied creation as well as the original creation. Please do not remove the copyright or the maker's name! I'm not bias at all and never was, no matter what some others might say.
Feel free to discuss in this topic. Please don't attack other members, from now on we will be stricter.
