first u need a program called psp (paint shop pro) or photoshop which u can download herez:

ok here's a tut on how to make a simple siggy :

but u need brushes to make designs :

to download them click on the pic and then on the right side there should be a button that says download click that and then click save !! and then when its complete click open

then whenu click open a window should pop up and then on the right side it should say extract file and click that then kepp clicking ok !! and then your done now u have to import the brushes ..

go to file on psp or ps .. and then import > brushes and then a box will cum and click open on the top and search were u saved the brushes .. and then click on it and then it imports .. any more questions do ask !!
