I really need help When i try adding a border on PSP 7 it only comes out white. I cant change the colour I even tried using the dropper to change the colour but it still doesnt work

Plz plz can sum1 tell me 😳 I would really appriciate it 😳

Get a mask (www.deviantart.com)

Open up a new file

Put on a mask as a new layer (Make new layer and paste the mask on it)

Then make another layer and paste the picture on the mask then go to properties and set the blend mode to screen😳

You have to change the background colour for the color pallete.
