Umm for this you will have to go bk to PSP and create the shape and then transfer it to Ani Shop. I'm including a pic so it's a lil easier to follow.

oh isha thanks , but i already know to make the glittering border .. what i m asking is that the white border ,which the avatar i have put, already has .. if u can see ... i want to know if i can remove it or do something so that it cant be seen ... anyway , i got one more question .i find the adding sparkles tutorials very confusing , i need help ...
