follow that tut and at the end put another circle around the lighter colored circle. I think that's wht you are asking cuz i don't really see any transparent layer. Feel free to pm me.

ok did you merge all layers b4 saving them? I think that might be the problem.

no i didnt merge all layers and i use psp7

go here:

instead of using a tube or picture:

1) make a new blank image.

2) fill it with white

3) Write your (c) text on it.

4) merge all layers

5) follow the tut on the website.
