Ok if u r using PSP 7 u have to downlaod the filter!!it is free and it is called Richard Ronsenman (ithink) and then use the option scanlines

Both the siggies above have a sentence written in a small font with white inside and black outside..in the first one of the writing 'mesmerizing creations', and in the second one ' at the GIFA 2006', can someone tell me which font are those..thanks 😊
