you cant animate three diff. pics.....you need to have them in one pic n different layers.

all you need to do is

open a new image

colour the background in whatever colour you want

Then choose a different colour for your text and type it and then go to selections>modify> expand and expand it by 3 and click ok(DON'T DESELECT IT!!!)

and then copy and paste the text wherever you want on your sig
