to do this:

1. open ur pic.

2. go to Layers ---> Duplicate

3. Go To Layers ----> Properties ---> Blendmode ---> Screen

4. Go to layers ---> merge--->merge visible.

5. you should have your white glow

You can burn it into a empty DVD(if you have one )

With any program which burns like i use Nero....😳
