hi i know how to sparkle the sig using the tubes like the simple sparkling but in the sig on the top that is what i want to learn how to move the things can be called sparkles 😆 but can someboy tell me how do i do it?i know making the sig duplicate but where do i get the moving thing lol

first u have to locate wher u installed plugins then unzip them using WINZIP.

n then open PSP go to file----Jasc Softwere Prefrences-------File Locations-----click on the tab plugings-----click browse and click the foldere where u unziped the plugins./

hey thanx but now it say"paint shop pro was unable to load the request plug-in filter.the plug-in may not b installed properly or missing files".
