I need help!

How do you distort a picture?😛

What software do you need and is there a tutorial i can find that explains it step by stepor can someone please explain it to me please?

I'll wait for replies and sorry if im posting in the wrong section but all you creatives hang around here so I thought to post it here

welll u can opost this in da questionds and queries post...
to distort a pic u can use psp
and use the different effects it has... they all can distort.. it depends on wat kind of distortion u want 😃

please can you tell me what types of distortions are there and how to distort a picture.

im asking about distortions in general
