in all the millions of tutorials that i have come across in the past 4 years there has not been 1 that uses ONLY selective coloring. Selective coloring is a useful tool. However, it is not the only tool used by ps users. There are alot of other elements involved such color balance, HS, levels etc (all of which psp has). I'm not saying that one software is better than the other, instead I am trying to tell the world that the effect can be derived from either one with a little bit of tweaking.

yea I understand what your saying...but I never said Selective Coloring is what users only use...like ofcourse not..but its one of those things that makes PS so popular..nd NO Matter how much of Color Balance, levels, curves you use and you can do all the tweaking you want but you can not get the same results....Because you wont be able to pin point coloring...For example you can never get this same color on PSP...

everyone great tuts 👏 👏 👏 i made a simple siggy with glitter borders 😊 and now im making a siggy with 8 pics 😆 but im stuck and i want help 😊 i hv 8 pics now i resize them nd put thm 2getha but now i want 2 noe how not 2 show dat i used 8 pics 😕 it clearly show dat i used 8 pics nd it dont look gud i really dont noe wat 2 do on dis bit 😕 can any1 help me plz 😳 and yh im using PSP 7 and animation 3 😳

^^Paint Shop isnt free...=S you gotta buy it...

^ is paintshop the same as paint shop pro?? hehe coz if its psp ur lookin for then u can dwnload it frm limewire or google it up

^^Paint is another program thats like PSP and PS...but maybe the person is talking about PSP....lol
