that's probably why it's not working. Open up windows media player (or real player) and on top there should be an option that says Rip. Click that and put in your dvd on your laptop. Then just click the rip button. That will rip the dvd on your laptop. Then you can do whatever you want with it.😊

Hiii....hmm,i put in the cd, i opened windows media player and i started playing the movie also from the cd. There is a rip button on top, along with burn, sync, guide, etc. I clicked rip but they are asking me to insert an audio cd to rip! And i dont know how to put in the cd content in that rip area. So wat do i do now 😳 ?! Thanks 😊
