Some questions:

yesterday I downloaded and install topaz clean filter but I didn't see that filter in my ps cs 5 filters option , I saw an example on google that the topaz labs appear below digimarc filter, but even after installing it I am unable to see it:( what can possibly be the reason behind this?

Second:

Regarding coloring/psd and effects/filters:

What gives you the best results in gifs??? after resizing the gifs what you should do first??? add psd first and then use levels,curves and other effects and than using filters sharpening,blur etc. Or should add psd in the last after adding filters and effects.

Same thing I want to ask about pics/siggys and non-ani icons.

Mallu- you need to save topaz folder in your PS folder, Filters I guess. You can see online how to install! Did you do all that? Only then it will open in your PS.

Swathy- You can find tutorials online! You can make textures in various ways, one way can be trying different brushes maybe, not my dept though.

oh that I didn't do it, I just left it as an individual folder after installing, yes I did see steps on google for topaz but no where it says to save the filter in ps folder, will do that now see if it works.

After making gif this should be process

- Sharpen/blur- reduce number of frames- resize- color

Or - sharpen- color- reduce frame and size. Whatever it is sharpen should be first.

There is actually no way to lessen grains during stack. You have to keep that in mind there is already colors+ previous grain during saving. Just lower number of frame, keep it small size and alternate between pattern/noise/diffusion. Sometimes noise looks better than pattern.
