For the border create a rectangular marquee where you want your border and then fill it with black colour and set the layer to overlay or whichever mode seems suitable

yaar hotstar se videos download karne ka method bata do plzzz...

live streaming , videoder... both methods are not working for me outside of india...

any other solution...?
