open the picture in paint and save it again as JPEG. it happens when you download from instagram.

Whenever I download some brushes and try to use it in photoshop, it tells me that it is not compatible with this version of photoshop... what can I do for that?

search for brushes that are for your version of photoshop. brushes made in higher version won't work. So i guess urs in photoshop 7.0 right? So just search brushes for your particular version😆
