Not sure how she's done it. Although, the simplest way would to be drag and drop your pictures onto a background layer and size each picture as you'd like it to be and making icons/grids and arrange them as you like. Then add borders in between the pictures.

Abhi that white thing is actually
i made a new layer and used brush with white colour and set it as pinlight
(I made three different layers as you see its goes triangular path)

and keep changing it postion according to pic in each frame
but make sure it goes in same flow
