^ I downloaded the photoshop CC from adobe's site. There we can import the videos. Maybe somethingwent wrong while the uploader uploaded that file or some files are missing 😳

PLUS : keep the SHIFT key clicked while choosing / selecting the video. :)

I can tell you about windows, see if it works. Close photoshop.

1. Open Task Manager<Processes. (right click the task bar, start task manger option is there)

2. There you'll see "dynamiclink media server" & "dynamiclink mass storage" or anything that starts with dynamic link.

3. Click each and then click "end process" so that you close all of them one by one.

Open photoshop and see if it works.

If it still persists, keep photoshop open and then end the dnamiclink processes by following the above steps from 1 to 3.

Right click your PS icon.

Select Properties<Compatibility<Privilege Level.

Under privilege level you'll find "run this program as an administrator."

It'll have a tick box next to it, uncheck it, so that you are not running PS as an administrator. Click apply & OK.

Now open PS and check.
