for those who do have a convert to time line option but can't find it

look on the top toolbar to find 'window'

then in the list look for 'animation'

a box opens along the bottom which is your timeline by default

in the upper right corner of this box you will see a small icon that opens a drop down menu where it has the convert option. you can also see a small group of horizontal lines with a vertical one through it as a small icon. this is the timeline option. for frame animation it is a bunch of squares.

when you are on timeline you will see the frame square icon and when you are in frame animation you will see the timeline one so you can easily convert between.

If you can't access 'animation' then you do not have the extended copy

A smart object is one where all the information is stored as a group so that it is not lost and you can move and edit it. Only change to smart object once you have done all your editing and all that's left is to add filters including sharpening.

First edit: write the text in a light color, white and light yellow works good. Then change the mode of the text layer from normal to overlay or screen or softlight. You have to try.


Second: add a new layer, fill it with black, then reduce the size of the layer and put it behind the text. Or with the marque tool get out a rectangle and again put it behind the text.

Yes. 😊 I give you a link to one that I definitely know is extended. But it won't be cs6. It'll be a cs5.
