Its my first attempt to make a psd and honestly I had no idea how to make it,i made it a long time ago so thought of posting it here.I haven't tried using it myself but I suppose that a pic will come in the psd,it is used as smart blur,so if you will try to remove it then even the smart blur will not come with it.I hope you can adjust with it :) Actually I hope it helps,because it turned out to be too bright..I dunno if anyone would be interested in using it but still credit is not necessary,if you want to then you can :) You can always tell me your suggestion,and how to improve making these sort of things :D

I rarely use topaz, only when pics are too LQ. Usually I prefer making my own action sets according to the image/siggy/gifs . This one is the same case but luckily I recorded it so thought of saving and sharing😆

Hope its of some use😳

It should work even on gifs that are made from more than or 404 pix videos!

Do not repost or claim as yours please!
