Right now I dont see anythnig wrong but one tip. I do duplicate the layer before I add action.. so I can change opacity on both of the layers you see above.

as u see in first avi of my signature even i had download good quality video it turned noisy

The coloring and textures are making the gifs less noisy. Don't use too many colorings but only colorings which suits the scene / video. For example everytime I use the same PSD but every scene I edit the PSD a little bit so it suits the video. I think you used a gradiant map or a texture which made the video more noisy as it lightens the colors of the video. And I learned from a good friend that saving the gifs is important aswell. Can you show me how you save your gifs? which settings are you using? And coming back to the coloring.. try to make their hair darker. I mean the black parts of the video. You can do that by "Selective color" just click to black and +5 to everything and you'll see it helped. Finding the right coloring is too hard and I am still struggling on it but I never give up . So just try something new.. try everything you think it might help.

Why don't you try my PSD's? These might help. Edit them.. mix them... do whatever you want and try something on the video just take a screenshot of it and work on the piccture of that scene. It will be easier than working on the gif.

I tried these just now on some random scenes of Bepannah and they work perfectly if you edit them a little bit .:)
