^^ Here is theTut
---Open two gifs

-Go to first gif you are going to use you as background

-Make a circle using shape tool

Now go to second gif Select all its frame and copy them them

-Go to gif number 1Paste frames

-select all layers of second gif

-click on circle -----> go to layers ----> Create clipping mask

-Then right click on the circle and go the blending options

-this will pop up -----> go to stroke-----> set setting

--When u are applying stroke effect remember to select all frames

Note: *Frames are boxes in Timeline
*If u don't have timeline go to Windows in Menu Bar and click on Timeline 😊
