This is very very very simply

first: make any siggy, not too much big okay the same size of the liquid gif, just a little pit bigger okay.

Second: in the timeline box duplicate the siggy frame for the number of the frames that the gif has, i have duplicated my siggy for 60 times, i know really a big wala gif it is 😆

Third: select all the frames of your gif and copy them. Go in the siggy document and with all the frames of the siggy selected click on paste a window will appear select the option paste over section and tick the box near link the layers frames.

Fourth: adjust the gif and put the gif mode to lightened and your work is done.

P.S. it's better if you group all the layers of the gif it will make your life

easier if you need to change the mode of the gif or do other changes.

P.P.S. follow this Tut instead of having the gif beneath the siggy you need to put the siggy under the gif 😃

In the first siggy the font is Times New Roman

I am kinda of confused now😕 I tried putting one of these textures over my siggy.. but when I select Filter > Motion Blur !! A box opens up and it asks me to choose the part I want to.. But we can't see really the siggy well.. Do you have any tutorial for this? How to apply motion blur?

^^ on this siggy i have used the second texture of which i have given you the link

i had put the texture on top of the picture adjusted it and then duplicated it

so now you have two copies of the same texture

Hide the top one and on the other one apply motion blur with angle Zero and distance more then 250

once done change the mode of the layer from normal to lighten

now make visible the other copy of the texture and change it's mode from normal to soft light and put adjust the opacity, something less then 50% will go.
