Thanks in advance

First open the background of your siggy then open the picture you want to blend. Now you see there are tabs (Like in web browsers.) Take your mouse to the picture tab and drag it down till you can see your background. Now simply select the picture layer (Make sure its not locked) and drag it to the background.

Oops, I didn't mean to sound complicated. 😳
