for eg if u want
bokeh (the round lights)
then type bokeh textures
similarly
lightening texture
black texture
bright texture etc

you just merge the pics like you are making a siggy. Then make your Avi but with not too many frames. Duplicate the siggy in your timeline according to the number of frames, then copy all Avi frames into the siggy one with "paste over" and "layers linked" then make thr Avi go under the sig and erase the part of the sig where ur Avi is so you can see it.
