Like the one below. Idk what's wrong, I saved it so many times by 'Save for web and devices' and 'Save as gif.'

How many frames you have?
Does your PS asks you to interlace before saving it? If yes then see that you tick 'none' when a dialog box comes up right after you have selected the options of 'save for web and devices/ save as<gif'.
