Okay alot of pplz wanted 2 noe how 2 make a video siggy so i thought i will write at tutorial okay 2 use dis tutorial on anywhere on India-Forums or any other site u MUST ask mah permission.dis iz da way i mke video-siggyz i dont noe bout other pplz.okay letz start.
1. Open PSP after u r done wit evury thing else (glitterz,sparklez pic etc...) leave a space 4 ur video.
2.open animation shop open ur video n u shud c ur video in alot of framez if their iz alot of framez lyke over 40 than u can delete sum of them by right clicking n then press delete.
3.go back 2 PSP right click n press copy.(u shud merge ur creation b4 copying if u didnt jus go 2 layerz>merge>merge all (flatten)
4.go back 2 animation shop n paste as new animation.
5 now in go 2 window>duplicate animation u shud first c how may framez u have so u have 4 example u have 30 but wen u duplicate it goez lyke 1,2,5,9,17,33 so u will have 2 delete sum framez by right clicking n press delete.
6.now u press on ur first frame of ur video n move it 2 ur siggy n place it where u want it. then go 2 ur next frame n again move it 2 ur siggy keep on going try 2 place it exactly where u did it last.
7.after u r done click view>animation n than go 2 file>save as than a window will open jus keep on pressing next n finally ur done.
