Totally Basic Siggi tut!!!😳 (First ever)

Now here m choosing 2 images !!!

Use 'Eraser' as soft brush!!

Erase part carefully!! Then Go to Layer>Flattern Image

^ Now for Border double click your Flattern Layer N go to strock!!

^ Now change Size according to ur req. Position=Inside, Fill type=Color, Select color as per your choice.. N when u done click 'OK'

^ N again go to layer again n flatern Image!!

N u done!! Sorry but m very bad at explaining things Sorry

For doted Border

1St way:

^ Go to Ractangle Tool, Select path n Rectangle as per Image!!

^ Now go to Type tool, Take basic font like 'Times new Roman'

^ Now make font size like 14 n Take curser on ur ractangle Path.. now write ' - ' continuously n u will get rectangle border!!

This is some trickey way!!!

2nd way is download 'Pixel Pattern'

^ Go to strock, Select Pattern instead of color, select scale as per requirement. n u will get dotted border so easily!! Like u can see in image!!
