where do pple get the animated hearts from ?

Hi... I'm back again 😛 !!
I wanted to know how to add the transparency thing on ma siggy which has the name and stuff...
I tried girly500 tutorial link which was given here in a old post but that link opens up a india-forums search website...
Plz help...

first wat u do is, open a backgroud image/color u want.. then on that image add a new raster layerr.. n den paste da srk image on top of it

use da freehand selection n select da part u want to take out.. den wat u do it.. once da selection shows up u go to modify n then click feather selection n dne in pixelatte just type in 20 and then click ok.. next wat u do it click delete onur keyboard n dat part will delete and dat way jkkeep ppressing it until u delete d abackground then merge layers

You can also draw aroundthe image using the freehand selection (point to point, soothing: 2, feather: 33, and then go to edit >> copy and paste it wherever you want. Thanks to Vaishu a.k.a iilovepanna for this.
