they are light textures, you can find them on deviantart. Or you can make them using the circle tool on photoshop :)

I am telling acc to PS5

firstly open ur gifs in PS then open all gifs

- Then open 200*600 size new blank board

-Then select all gifs from one gif and the u will find a small arrow on animation box click on it and then on Select all layers and then open ur blank board and make as many layers it have suppose 30 then open 30 frames ! and then click on that arrow again and click select all layers and then on paste all layers

then do one by one all the same and drag here and there where u want to and apply some coloring.. :)

the above gif dimensions are : 490*450 so u can use this dimensions in pixels..

u can use according to ur wish and requirement...

For editing : first increase a bit contrast and brightness so that the pics get clearer effect...

secondly in this its also used Exposure - Offset

Then Photo filter of BOLD color

Hope this helps else download a gud PSD for coloring!
