Its an enhancement PSD , but as Saher makes her own PSDs I dont think you'll get this in exact proportion.
Try searching for "PSD coloration" or "enhancement PSD" and if you are at it try playing around with curves , its nothing much but a basic color and well put in curves.😃

compliment : trick edit

i just want to share out of curiousity what i did

hopee you not mind

i set first outer glow white and increase it size and spread

then in stroke i make color grey an dorange combi

and set one at 90 and other -90

but not get third layer

which was set by you in middle

as it has white layer at end on tip of y

so i supposed this will be curious to know

anyway do i am close to your way 😳
