ok.. first open your gif.. and then open a new document.. and make the size biger than your gif. Go to your gif and put them on a group like the other tut what I made. and then select all frames<copy frames.. go to your document and paste frames. Now you will see your gif over the document.. if you want to move the gif then select the group of that gif in the layers box and now you can move the gif wherever you want.! Now you put some colourings if you want adn then you can put some textures. I don't know which texture is used here..😕 but when you search in google you will find lots of nice textures.😉 and then save your gif document. You can change the size and all too.
