PSD are set of coloring we apply on siggies and Devianart site where we upload our PSDs

To reuse those coloring u can download them from Devianart and then It'll open in Photoshop and U can just drag those layers on ur siggy to get that coloring...

okay. but can i use it in GIMP 😕? i have been using GIMP since charu taught us creation making in it in her tutorial. if yes, then please tell me the tool that i can use to drag the color set on the siggie.
