It was predicted, expected and so it comes as no surprise that Yash Raj Film's Independence Day release, the Kabir Khan directed, EK THA TIGER, has touched the magical 200 crore mark.

Netting nearly 2 crore in its latest outing, the Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer crossed the 200 crore mark in five weeks, just from India.

EK THA TIGER is also Salman Khan's biggest overseas grosser with 1,414,600 from UK, Aus$622,200 from Australia and $2,650,000 from the US.

While EK THA TIGER is only the second film after the Rajkumar Hirani directed 3 IDIOTS to enter the coveted double century club, however, it looks difficult, if not impossible, for ETT to cross the Aamir Khan starrer as it is on its last legs.
