Finally i found your topic 😊
I am the creator of the site mentioned.

I'm happy you like my site.
If people want i can write here a small tutorial about it...

Besides the basic stuff (resize/crop/annotate/etc..)

You can added rounded corners to your pictures


You can add pre-defined Masks:


You can use predefined Animated Masks:


And you can create your own animations like:


All Online and all for free!

To make your own animated gifs:

Lets use these 3 pictures as an example:

The pictures are all the same size, this is important for getting a nice animation.

Now you go to:

http://www.online-image-editor.com

Here you choose directly in the menu: "Effect" -> "Start Animation Wizard"

You come to this page:

Press Button 1 to search your picture on your computer.

When found, Press number 2.

For an animation you need 2 or more pictures 😉

When your pictures are uploaded and you can all see them, click on a picture to set properties for that picture.

Clicking on an uploaded picture will show you this:

Delay means the time the picture will be visible.

Now you can choose a transistion to the next frame (default is no transition).

As an example i will press for each uploaded picture a different transistion, and for each uploaded picture i put the delay time on 200 (which means 2 seconds).

I will then press: "Create My Animation" and the result is:

To make changes on your just created animation, go back to the "Start Animation Wizard" option in the "Effects" menu and change or add stuff.
