i love this question, cos u hv the answer lol
go to www.imageshack.us click on browse find yr pic then click host it...we the url's come up copy the one that says hotlink for forums 1 next to it.
then go upto settings in india forums, at the top, click edit profile and paste the url into yr siggy box.

if the pic is on the internet, then its easier, just right click on the pic copy the url, then in yr siggy box in yr profile type [IMG] paste the url and then type[/URL]
