@ sri as u suggested me using less frames will give me speed in avi i tried it with pics with less frames

btw i wanna ask u as now i know more frames in avi gives less speed with no delay as well so how to adjust frames i mean if i import vid and choose any scene for few secs it gives me more than 300 or 400 frames so is there any need to use all those same frames for avi or with deleting some of same frames won't effect ur avi ?

@Arti- I am here to help you :)
To make that kind of border..
When your siggy is completed..
1.Make a new layer
2.Select all by Ctrl+A
3.GO to Edit>Stroke
4.Enter Width as 2 or 3 pixels as u wish.. Keep the color white nd keep the blending mode normal and click OK
5. http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/6717/58939426.png
Open this image in your PS.. Then go to Edit>Define Pattern>Ok
6.Then come back to your siggy select the layer u had applied the stroke on.
7. Go to Layer Menu>Layer Style> Stroke
8. Below there would be options like color. CLick on the drop down arrow and select pattern. Select that dashed pattern.. Your desired width nd all nd click Ok
That's it! hope it helps😳
