Well first of all, you need to convert the video you want to make the AVI of to MPEG I using a video converter. Open Photoshop. Go to File < Import < Video Frames to Layers. Open the converted video. A box will pop up and select the 'Selected Range Only'. Look for the part that you want and when you have found it, hold a 'Shift' key and hold on to the arrow on the screen. That part will get shaded in, and make sure you check the 'Limit to' box. Then use whatever adjustments you want. 😊Originally posted by: Surbhi123
